Celebrate your accomplishments

To often we focus on the things we haven’t yet accomplished instead if the things we have. This gives us a feeling of defeat and chips away at our confidence. Not healthy!

Try refocusing and start looking at all the things you have accomplished in this life. Even small accomplishments deserve recognition. Try it, I am definite that you will see an overall improvement in your outlook on your life.
